| Shri N L Rungta - Chairman/Managing Director of Rungta Mines Ltd., and has in the past been President of Federation of Indian Mineral Industries & National Institute of small mines. A committee member of All India Organisation of Employers, Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Bihar Industries Association, he has also represented the mine owners in the Central Advisory Committee on Iron Ore, Manganese Ore, Chrome Ore Labour Welfare Fund, Minimum Wages Advisory Board and Mineral Advisory Committee, Govt. of India. He is in the governing body of the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. |

| Shri Siddharth Rungta - an undergraduate from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi, MBA (finance) from IMI (Delhi), & DBC in Computers, has earned his management experience in leading organisations like ANZ Grindlays Bank & Andersen Consulting. |
| Shri RCB Srivastava - is a mining engineer of towering eminence, who has received several awards like the Robertson Medal, NMDC Gold Medal & Mangilal Rungta Award given by the Mining Engineers' Association of India. In the past he has been the president of Mining Engineer's Association of India & Vice-President of Mining, Geological & Metallurgical Institute of India. |
| Shri MD Rustagi, Sr. GM manages the Central Mines Office in Barajamda & is supported by Mr. KK Chaturvedi (GM) & Mr. DR Ojha (GM/Agent - Mines). Presently he is the VP, Mining Engineers Association of India. |
